Non slip mandoline with an adjustable stainless steel blade and finger guard - perfect for thick and thin slicing. 

The thickness of the slices are adjusted by altering the selector dial on the side. Turn the dial to create julienne slices 3 mm thick and again for 9mm thickness. Turn again and you can create slices ideal for a gratin dish with thicknesses from 0.75mm to 9 mm.
